About the artist.... Amy Helm
Amy Helm, Woodstock Native, has been singing her whole life. Raised in a musical background, her mother, vocalist and composer Libby Titus and her father Levon Helm, drummer and vocalist of "The Band" schooled Amy on music ranging from deep Delta Blues to Jazz and Soul. Amy has also had the privilege of singing in a Jazz Vocal Ensemble under the direction of the esteemed Dr. Aron Bell (Duke Ellington Orchestra). Amy has spent the last three years on the road with her father touring the blues circuit nationally. Some live performance highlights include singing at The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, House of Blues in LA and BB Kings' in New York. Amy has also had the pleasure of performing live with vocal greats' Phoebe Snow and Bonnie Bramlett. As a recording artist Amy is featured on albums by Mercury Rev, Steely Dan, Bernie Worrell, The Band, Shivaree and Tony Orlando. Amy holds a BA in Psychology from University of Wisconsin and a teaching certification from the Orff Sculwerk Musical Education Program. Miss Helm is quite active with the Non-Profit Organization "Musicians on Call", which brings the gift of music to those in need. Filthy Rich "Are You In" HB-1110

Filthy Rich has been with HipBone Records from it's inception, and has become an increasingly notable producer in the underground scene through his works on HipBone and i!Records. His raw funky production sound was nicely delivered on his first EP for HipBone Records UK titled "Shades of Green". As a DJ, Rich has been featured on radio mix shows worldwide and has toured the club circuit extensively nationally and internationally. Rich has also had the pleasure of working with Groove Collective, Vicki Bell, Todd Edwards, Damon Trueitt (SoMore), Amy Helm and England's legendary Tuff & Jam to name a few. Are You In? is the second EP release for Rich on HipBone. From the super house flavor of the title track "Are You In", the playful "Hot", the latin laced "Rio Deal" to the sensual and melodic "Mend Your Mind", this EP comes complete with 4 solid tracks to keep you moving through the summer.
