About HipBone Records

HipBone Records was founded in 1998 in the East Village of New York City by musician/producer/performers Ray Grappone, Vicki Bell and Dennis Martin. The label is currently run by musician producer, remixer, collector, Ray Grappone along with producer, song writer, engineer, remixer, vocalist, Vicki Bell. Both have traveled internationally as performers, and have recorded on worldwide independent and major music labels.

HipBone has released a mixture of soulful, jazzy, vocal and deep house original productions. Up to date there are two CD compilations; Bonafide (Quiet Riot, UK) and 4 on the Floor (HipBone, US). HipBone are also know for their acclaimed Beats & Grooves Series.

Artists on the label include: Alexis P. Suter, Glenn Turner, Groove Collective, Elsa Cornish, The Open Door, Revisionaries, E-man, Ceybil Jefferies, The Lucky Ones, Kacie Nemesis, TUBA, Genji Siriasi and Norberto Goldberg.
